General Conditons The Hypercity Discovery Club is open to Indian citizens above 18 years of age only. The Hypercity Discovery Club card/Hypercity Discovery Club refers to Hypercity Discovery Club of Hypercity Retail (India) Ltd. No two offers or discounts can be clubbed together unless specified otherwise. Hypercity Discovery Club program is for individuals only, its not a corporate card/corporate membership. All payments made towards enrollment/add-on card/lost card will be non-refundable. Primary enrollment is defined as an individual who is the first member in the family to enroll in the Hypercity Discovery Club at any point of time since its inception. Family is defined as parents, siblings(brother & sisters), spouse children (18 years of age or above as on date of enrollment). Membership to the Hypercity Discovery Club is non-transferable. Misuse of Hypercity Discovery Club card/program benefits may result in termination of Hypercity Discovery Club membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of Hypercity Retail (India) Ltd. Hypercity Discovery Club membership can be revoked or refused if a Hypercity Discovery Club member is involved in any act of fraud, shoplifting, cheating, with or without cause and without notice. By using his/her Hypercity Discovery Club card and/or quoting his/her Hypercity Discovery Club number to Hypercity, and/or any program partners, the Hypercity Discovery Club member also consents to information about him/her being supplied to program partners with whom Hypercity has/may have arrangements for the provision of services to Hypercity Discovery Club members. Benefits and offers available through the program partners may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation.   Earing Discovery Reward Points Discovery Reward Points will be credited only if you present your Hypecity Discovery Club card at the time of payment. Discovery Reward Points will be earned on the net value or value of cash actually paid by you.(net purchases means purchases made by cash or credit card/debit card). Discovery Reward Points earned are of the same value, irrespective of whether purchase is made by cash or credit card/debit card. Hypercity Retail (India) Ltd. reserves the right to change the method of calculation of Discovery Reward Points accrual on Hypercity Discovery Club purchased at any point to reflect changing market conditions without any notice.   Redemption of Discovery Reward Points Discovery Reward Points and other rewards and privileges are not redeemable for cash. They are not transferable. No discounts of any type can be availed of when a Discovery Reward Points voucher is being used/redeemed. Discovery Reward Points will reflect/be available for redemption after 24 hours from the date of purchase/enrollment as reflected in the Hypercity Retail (India) Ltd. system. The Discovery Reward Points are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase/enrollment as reflected in the Hypercity Retail(India) Ltd. system. Discovery Reward Points should be redeemed within the current Discovery Reward Point period after which the Discovery Reward Points will automatically lapse. Once Discovery Reward Points are redeemed or lapsed they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
